I can't speak for the sales department but I can tell you that the service department is most outstanding.. after my truck broke down on the way to Nashville they gave me a loaner car so I can get home and I can come back with my truck is fixed. As far as how they do fixing my truck I won't know till next week.

Date of Service 22ND May 2017 at this Facility.Well I am a William Carey Student, my car was hit by the recent pine belt tornado that devastated William Carey Campus. I had it wait for while before I can have it fixed. Somehow water got into my fuel tank and I had a fuel transmission misfire. I towed it to Ryan Chevy to Drain the fuel tank and they charged me $297 including tax. That's not the interesting part. When I came to pick up the vehicle, I asked them(can't mention their names but they were two elderly gentlemen at the service desk) if they have student discount for William Carey Students? (at this time one of the guys I found there is preparing to go get my car from the back since I had already paid ). The guy tells me yeah we have and I quote " yes we have 10%, 20% and more discount" my friend who accompanied me lets him know we are William Carey students, then the guy suddenly changes and responds by giving a reason why we should pay the same as everyone else who come there. Again, we inform him more, we tell him that we are William Carey International Students and we just looking to save a little more money like everyone else, (realizing we are international students), (jokingly)he tells us that we have money and that we don't any need discount and that the price should go up 50%, so at this point I am confused!!! Then, the gentleman who went to get my car walks in, his colleague asks him if he gave us a student discount, he says "Absolutely". So I ask him how did you know we are William Carey students?(he was no there when I was telling his colleague we are students) and he looks at me and keeps quite.(remember there is no discount accounted on my receipt). The other guy responds, "we knew from the way you talk and (look)". So at this point, I just decided to say thanks for fixing my vehicle I appreciate your business. There question I asked myself, So is there a way Americans talk or look? Can you tell the difference if someone is an American and who is not by looking and hear him/her talk?I am giving a five star to the experts who fixed my car. As for the way they handled my request, business-wise, that is a quick way to reduce contribution margin by accord of poor CRM. Customer service is as important as the sale. Thanks, God Bless.
